Short-Term Running Goals:

Near-term goal (<4 weeks)
Run a sub 40' 10K

16-week goal (marathon training plan)
Use my fitness to do cool stuff and train for a marathon PR.  Hopefully this achievement is a Boston Qualifier

I want to use my fitness to increase the quality of my life, health and to use my body as vehicle to do cool stuff in life.  This extends outside of running too.
